I'm a big fan of bodybuilding. I follow Samson Dauda, Chris Bumstead, Derek Lunsford, and the rest. The sheer dedication, hard work, and discipline they put into the sport is truly admirable.

Recently, Andrew Jacked, a Nigerian bodybuilder (although he's currently representing the UAE), won the Arnold Classic, and he did it in style. I follow his training, and one of the triceps exercises he does is the incline cable tricep pushdown. It's basically a regular tricep pushdown using a straight bar instead of a rope, but this time you're seated on an incline bench facing away from the cable machine. I think I've spoken about this exercise before, but I hadn't done much of it myself.

A couple of days ago, I swapped it in for my regular rope pushdowns, and boy, was it a real kicker. It absolutely torches all three heads of the triceps, the long head, the lateral head, and the medial head. You also get a great stretch at the top of the movement, and it's easier on your elbows since you're not doing an overhead extension.

I highly recommend giving this exercise a try. In the video, it was my finisher, and a couple of guys at the gym joined me for it. They were all holding their triceps afterward, haha.

Anyways, thank you for watching and reading. Till next time, God bless.
