Only gym today: September 2 2026

Only gym because it was the first club trainings for my son, do there was no time to add a swim. But no worries, we had done swimming yesterday and we'll have some more on Friday, Saturday and eventually on Sunday at the triathlon. Looking forward to Sunday!
No pain after a second running session this week (yesterday) makes me very happy!
